Shipping and Returns

Thank you for supporting my art. I sincerely hope that you enjoy riding with them as much as I do. That's exactly why this project exists. Cage Kandy is a solo operation, I personally package, and ship every order with care.

Shipping:  Standard orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive an email when you place an order and another when it ships. Travel Exceptions: If I am traveling (hopefully biking) or away from the studio, I will temporarily post a notice at the top of the website indicating the date your order will ship upon my return.

Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Packages:  Once Cage Kandy has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, Cage Kandy cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly.

Returns:  Because Cage Kandy water bottles are intended for personal use all sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accept.
